Tree Farms

O' Christmas Tree.

Cutting our own Christmas tree is a beloved family tradition for a lot of families during the holiday season. Christmas tree farming is a renewable resource: young growing trees absorb carbon dioxide from the air and produce oxygen, trees are composted at the end of their season providing mulch for soil in local municipalities, and many of the farms that produce them also grow our food and provide local jobs. You can also get a live, dug tree and plant it in your backyard at the end of the holiday season.

Here is a list of places you can get your hands on a freshly cut Christmas tree! Most places provide saws, have hot chocolate available for free or at a concession, some have bonfires, some have farm animals, some are small farms, some are larger businesses. So let your inner lumberjack out and get your own fresh Christmas tree!
